Se pari shkojm START - RUN e hapim CMD

Pastaj fillojm me komanden NET USER
pastaj ti jep userat si per shembull ADMINISTRATOR

Per t`ia ndrruar Administratorit Paswwordin ja japim kete komande
net user ADMINISTRATOR *
Type a password for the user: ketu passwordi
Retype the password to confirm: prap njejt

Dhe ne fund nese keni sukses ta shkruan
